Description:
Kelem Tutors is seeking a dedicated Junior HR Officer to support our recruitment efforts and ensure a smooth hiring process. In this role, you will screen and interview candidates, manage our candidate database, and assist with various HR tasks. What You'll Do:

Screen candidates: Review applications, screen candidates, and assess their suitability for open positions based on qualifications and company requirements.
Conduct interviews: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring you gather the necessary information to make informed hiring decisions.
Maintain HR database: Keep our candidate database up-to-date by logging applications, interview notes, and hiring decisions for easy reference.
Assist with onboarding: Support the onboarding process by helping new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
Collaborate with the team: Work closely with other HR staff to improve hiring processes and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
What We're Looking For:

Experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with HR software or database management is a plus.
