LOGLINE
An adaptation of the opening scene in Todd Phillips "Joker".
Arthur, a mentally ill man suffering from a neurological disease attends his regular therapist session with his burnt out social worker.

Suffers from a neurological disease that causes him to burst into uncontrollable laughter

Burnt out from work, doesn't really know how to help Arthur
