Finmar is a dynamic and innovative financial marketing company dedicated to providing full service marketing solutions. We are looking for a talented Videographer/Video Editor to join our creative team and help us tell compelling stories through visual media and elevate our video marketing efforts.
Job Description:
As a Videographer and Video Editor, you will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with Finmar's creative vision and direction. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop engaging videos for various social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various marketing projects, including promotional videos, client testimonials, social media content, and event coverage.
Plan and set up video shoots. Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices within said video shoots.
Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
Edit raw footage into polished videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or other similar tools.
Add graphics elements, captions and special effects to footages.
Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
Manage video files and maintain an organized digital library.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in video production and editing.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 months of proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Capacity to communicate effectively and the ability to take constructive feedback.
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
A certificate course in Videography or Cinematography is preferred.
