Description:
Vantage Travel & Tour Services, a leading IATA Certified agency, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Ticket Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will excel in customer care, is skilled in ticketing, provides guidance on travel arrangements, and maintains quality client relationships.

The working hours will be Saturday afternoon (12:30PM - 5:30PM) and Sunday (8:30AM - 5:30PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Handle all ticketing issues based on client's needs.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services.
- Advise clients on cost-effective travel options and keep them informed of any changes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ticket agent or in a similar role in the travel industry.
- Certification in Galileo and Reservation & Ticketing.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
