We are launching an innovative online platform dedicated to offering high-quality educational materials for preschoolers, students of different grades, and children with special needs. Our mission is to create engaging, accessible, and effective learning tools for all children, regardless of their abilities. We are seeking a talented Instructional Graphic Designer to join our team and help us design visually appealing and pedagogically sound materials.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and educators to identify learning needs and objectives.
- Design educational worksheets, activities, and fun games for preschoolers and students across different grades.
- Create and adapt therapeutic, educational soft copy materials in English and/or Arabic.
- Develop materials that are engaging and accessible for children with special needs.
- Apply instructional design models to ensure designs align with educational goals and standards.
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor designs to specific learning requirements.
- Stay updated on instructional design trends, best practices, and graphic design innovations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance with project goals.
- Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback from educators, SMEs, and users.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or Education.
- Proven experience in instructional design, particularly in educational settings.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, especially in the education sector.
- Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop ) and instructional design tools.
- Creativity and innovation in designing engaging, therapeutic, and educational materials.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience with designing content in both English and Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work consistently.
