Location: kangan institute Richmond
hour: 9:15 am to 12 pm. This will be me second time doing lashes on a person. Reminder: this is a practice / assessment and I can't take requests and stuff but if you have preferences lmk, also I don't guarantee a perfect service as this is practice and free. DM ME
