Looking for young actors for film

I am looking for a talent agency for Three male Latino talents for commercial Comedy Feature length film. Please contact me via email.
We are looking for experienced B list, or talented young aspring actor (It doesn't have to be A list actor) We wouldn't mind new actor as long as they are good.
We are not looking for "Ticket Power actors, because our lead has one" Looking for at least 3 supporting roles, and 10 other small roles. Great opportunity for talents to working with the largest distributor, in Korea.
Shooting in Variety of locations including South Korea, Philippine, possibly Mexico or brazil either end of this year or early next year for 3 months of period time.
Due to complexity of making over sea contacts, we prefer working with agency rather than casting director directly.
