Looking for models for a photoshoot

Almost every day I get a photographer who's pissed I didn't ok their typical "Hey I got a camera, looking for TFP" messages to our models. * Show several samples of your work
* Describe your concept for the shoot(s) in detail
* Tell the models how you will promote their careers
* Offer to pay them!

Even $50 or $100 is better than nothing! And if a model has 100k followers follow guidelines for pay rates.
Some TFP is good, if the photographer has thousands of fellow professionals in his friends/followers. The typical millions of fans things doesn't offer a model much in the way of advancement.
MODELS: Keep your email, FB and ph current in your MOD.agency profile. Lots of offers are missed because of models not keeping their contacts up to date!
And models update your profile photos! Always!
