Needed models

*Edit to add* Do not message me asking to be a model. There is nothing worse than a bunch of DMs for a post that has no reason for DMs. I'm a product photographer for a small company that frequently needs models. They pay $15/hour, which IMO isn't very competitive for models that are generally needed less than an hour, but I can see why they picked that number as it's a normal wage for an hourly job.

I'm considering asking them to increase their model pay, especially because most shoots are under an hour, and having models get ready and travel only to shoot for 20 minutes and $15 seems a bit low.

I know this is such a broad range, but what is a standard hourly rate for a model?

Would a longer shoot (multiple products, 2-4 hours) or a shorter shoot be more enticing
