Looking for females and males

Hello everyone,
I'm the founder and executive director of Pond Ripple Media, LLC. We do corporate videos for associations, corporations, and organizations.
Typical video content is either a 3 cam or 2 cam locked down setup running basic LED lighting and a lav. I'm looking for cinematographers who can handle these setups and sometimes grab some cinematic B roll at events. Occasionally, will have an assistant to help with setup and tear down, but that isn't always the case. Always a super small crew. RARELY longer than an 8 hour day, rate fluctuates between $250-$350 for the day.
