Need actors

Hello everyone.
It's my first time posting on here, so forgive me if I'm using the group in the incorrect manner.
I'm shooting a short film in January called Resonance, and am looking for some actors.
Mainly I need a male actor- black, mixed race 40-55 years old.
What's the best way to find actors - best groups etc... I've used Mandy and its not been a great experience.
It's paid (not full rate unfortunately- all self funded).
