Looking for female

Hello everyone:)
We are working on a self-financed film project which we hope it'll make waves on the festival circles;D. We are looking to cast a female actor from a diverse background for the small but significant part of the lead character's boss in the movie. The scene will be filmed in one day on a weekend in December.
