Looking for actor for a movie

Hello peeps, producer here! Looking for a male actor 25-35 of any ethnicity with FACIAL TATTOOS and/or neck tattoos. Cool hair is a bonus.
This is for an apocalyptic sci-fi movie, filming in the second week of January in London. LEAD role, must be able to portray emotions authentically. Paid of course! I preferably don't want to fake the tattoos and would love to see my real options first.
