BRANDON HUGHES (35-45) - SUPPORTING. Immature, stuck in his old high-school glory days. Very outgoing. Doesn't connect with his mature, socially awkward son, Ned. Ends up arguing with Ned during the last family dinner before Ned goes off to college. HAILEY HUGHES (35-45) - SUPPORTING. Stuck in her high-school glory days, learning to mature more than her husband Brandon is. Loves to be the life of the party, so she also doesn't connect to her son Ned much, though she's trying to be better about understanding him before he leaves for college in the morning.
