Require models for a photoshoot

We are looking for a location for a short film that we are shooting - any suggestions or help would be wholly appreciated.
The location we need would resemble an old prison cell. The film is set in a roughly 19th-century asylum so, a basement, vaults, a dungeon, an old prison cell would do the trick.
Here you can see the video of the original location that we unfortunately lost to flood damage and a couple of reference photos.
We require the location for two shooting days, for a cast and crew of about 10 people.
Ideally...
- those shooting days are Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th December
- there would also be a fitting approach' to the cell that would see the character walking to it
- it would be along the M4 corridor, between Chippenham and Reading
- it would cost £500
