Hi Ladies, I'm a 3rd apprentice looking for multiple models for 1/2 heads of classic foils and some balayage for the following dates below. The cost will be $90 to cover products the services include a toner, blowdry and curls or straighten. The salon is located in Eight Mile Plains! 1/2 head foils
