Need Chinese models

Looking for a 2-3 day apartment/house to shoot in. Pays $300-500 a day.
Space needs to be available the last week of October between 26-29 in the Greater Los Angeles area. We have a small film crew of around 10 people. Description of what we need: 2-3 bedroom apartment look with a hallway. The living area and dining area can be an open floorplan. Separate kitchen area preferred (but not a dealbreaker). This piece is about a Chinese family, so we are looking for traditional Chinese family furnishings. Attached are some reference pictures of what we are looking for.
