Searching for actors for film

Hi guys! I'm a second year film student and we are currently planning to shoot a school project, sometime in mid november, but if we find an actor earlier then we will start earlier. Our main character is blind in the film, and so we thought it would be ethically correct to cast a blind or visually impaired actor. As it is a student film, it will unfortunately not be paid (voluntary), however we are more than happy to pay for travel and lunch. The film will be shot in London.
