Synopsis:
"Surprise" is a short film about a young man named Gerard struggling to deal with his new stepfather, named Scott. While the two are struggling to understand each other, Gerard is abandoned by his mother and Scott on his birthday. Meanwhile, intruders break into the home and Gerard finds himself trying to defend himself against them but they may not be who they seem. Character BIOS

Scott is a loving husband to Amanda and a new step-father to Gerard. Scott is a very loving and kind man who desperately wants to be accepted by Gerard. Although he may become frustrated with his shortcomings, he often keeps his temper and never lashes out.
