Looking for makeup artists

Hi there!

I'm looking for a mua who is available on October 10 from 6-9 pm. I am wanting to do a theme that is based off the song lyrics from Shania Twain's "black eyes, blue tears" . I am hoping to do tf but I realize this is a lot of work! I'm hoping for someone to see the concept and love it and really want to make this concept come to life. Please pm me for details
