Required model for a video shoot

Hi everyone! My company is looking for an actor to play a bagpiper for a humorous video shoot we're planning for sometime between September 13-23. The ideal person would have the whole bagpiper's outfit (See pic attached for an idea), and can fake a Scottish accent. Extra points if you can actually play the bagpipes, but not required. This character will have only a half dozen lines, and they will be needed for a couple hours, max. Pay is $300/day. The shoot location is TBD, but will be near Champlin, MN.
