Looking for photographer for outdoor shoot

I am looking for:
model (s) photographer MUA stylist and assistants for upcoming 1 day outdoor fashion photo shoot in NYC.
Shooting date: August (or beginning of September, but definitely preferred August.
Since the budget is not crazy I will be looking for best value for money deal here.
