Looking for models for a photoshoot

So my name is Craig and I'm a portrait photographer based in East London. I've been shooting social media & headshots for years now but lately I've been struggling with balancing the photo work and the marketing.
What I'm looking for is someone who is skilled in social media marketing, advertisedments, and graphic design. The perfect candidate will find clients for me and book photo sessions! For each successful photoshoot carried out by me, that you've booked, you will recieve a 20% commision of the profits:)

The role can be done remote from anywhere but preferably someone near/in London:)
