Job Title: Junior Trainer
Company: Transsion Manufacturing PLC
Job Type: Permanent
Description: Trainer is responsible for training sales promoters and supervisors and also for all sales and marketing individuals in the BU.
Identifying the training need for sales and supervisors.
Based on the need preparing training manuals and materials.
Provide training to sales promoters and supervisors.
Follow-up the day to day activities of sales promoters and supervisors and other sales and marketing teams to support them
Prepare performance evaluation criteria's and implement it to sales promoters and supervisors.
Advising the manager on the best methods and mechanisms which help the department to achieve its objectives.
Collect and analyses weekly and monthly sales amount of each sales promoter to identify his or her performance.
Based on the analyzed sales performance Recommend and implement improvement mechanisms.
Facilitate training & development programs
Secure adherence to company's policies and guidelines
Any other duties assigned by his or her immediate supervisor or Manager
Requirements.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Marketing & other related filed of studies
Self-motivated with good leadership qualities
Ability to manage and able to work independently
At least 2year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
