Looking for females for film

I'm looking for women for art department roles for a feature length science fiction film.

I'm not looking for any actors. Just art department roles. I'm looking for women because I believe that there should be more women in the industry. There aren't enough women being hired on film sets. And I want to change that.

The film is about:
"A group of kids wake up one day to find that everywhere, in the world, people's dreams have become real."

Filming will take place near Manchester in September of 2021.
