Looking for English, French-speaking actors for a speaking roles

We are filming a French youth webseries this upcoming Fall in Toronto and we are casting French speaking roles and also a few roles who are english speaking characters!
Log line: When Manuela and her family are threatened to be evicted from their apartment by a real estate developer, she decides to fight back, in hopes of remaining in her neighbourhood.
