Looking for French-speaking photographers

Ladies and gentlemen,
I'm looking for a photographer to make content for my Instagram account. I'm a teacher of foreign languages living in Dubai and I work with French, Spanish, English and Russian. And I'm looking for an arrangement where I can offer my classes in exchange for your photography service ( photo shooting, editing and short videos). I'd prefer long term partnership.
