We are looking for participants aged 30 -65 to participate in a Public Service Announcement to promote a short breathing exercise that reduces stress. The video recording would take 5 mins and be done via Zoom from your home. Each participant would be paid $50.00 dollars and be required to sign a release form giving us permission to use your image for this helpful video

Participants must be in fairly good shape breathing wise as the exercise requires you to be able to breathe in for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds

You must have desktop or laptop computer with built in camera and microphone in order to participate

This PSA will air in both Texas and Florida TV markets. You will be joined on Zoom by a producer who will walk you thru the exercise and you will be sent a sample of the breathing exercise prior to the recording session
