Looking for photographers for a photoshoot

I have an office that I would like to make it available for shoots. I would like to hire a photographer to help me create a nice photobook so producers can use them to get an idea of how the place looks and also show it to their clients. Please send me your previous related work so I can understand your approach to this task. If you have props or items to decorate the location for the shoot, it will be great too.
